These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Bayside Bonfires ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

We offer private beach bonfire packages at Bahia Resort Hotel and Catamaran Resort Hotel. Details of our standard packages and add-ons are provided on our website.

We operate within the lease or license areas of our partner resorts. We are unable to accommodate requests to set up a bonfire outside of the designated areas.

The space allocated for each bonfire is proportional to the number of people attending. If you require additional space, please notify us at the time of booking. Failure to do so might result in Bayside Bonfires being unable to accommodate any last minute requests.

Our nightly bonfire packages are limited to a maximum of 14 people, and groups larger than 14 may not divide their party among multiple reservations, bonfires, names, or accounts. Separate reservations made for the same group or event may be canceled. Pricing is per person, with anyone over the age of 2 considered a person. Each package states the maximum number of people it accommodates. You agree to pay an additional $25 for each person over the package limit, up to the 14-person maximum. You must provide an accurate headcount at least 24 hours before the bonfire; otherwise, we cannot guarantee chairs or s’mores materials for additional guests.

We do not permit outside furniture or fixtures, including but not limited to chairs, tables, tents, decorations, games, speakers, projectors, blankets, or s’mores materials.

Alcohol consumption is permitted in certain locations within our designated bonfire locations. A $25 corkage fee applies. This fee does not include any alcohol but covers the cost of a large trash can and additional clean-up expenses.

Each reservation is for a predetermined number of people for a stated amount of time. If you wish to extend your reservation, please notify your fire attendant 15 minutes before the end of your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you stay past the 10-minute grace period after your reservation ends, we reserve the right to charge and collect payment for additional time at a rate of $75 per 30 minutes.

Bayside Bonfires is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the use of our services. By agreeing to these terms, you assume all risks associated with the use of our services.

We may cancel or modify a reservation due to weather, safety concerns, limited beach space, property restrictions, operational or booking errors, overbooking, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot reschedule or relocate your bonfire, we will issue a full refund. To the fullest extent permitted by law, a refund or credit is your sole remedy.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
